Hannah was so patient and informative while helping us organize our Europe trip which involved details of travel through multiple countries and transportation modalities. Whenever we arrived anywhere everything was ready to go smoothly. We would never have known to pick the classy hotels which were conveniently located close to our activities. Jill Dodson with Legacy Travel outdid herself in planning our 2 week European vacation for our daughter’s quinceañera this summer. Jill thought of every detail from transfers, tours, rooftop restaurants, to putting us in the best 4 and 5 star hotels. She started us off in Venice, then traveled by train to Rome, took a flight to Paros Island, Greece, and finally to Athens. Every destination was breathtaking and Jill made those transfers extremely easy for us. Jill went the extra mile in helping us ship back our daughter’s huge quinceañera dress. She took care of the shipping labels and tracked it. All I had to do was place the dress in the suitcase and leave it at the hotel lobby. By the time we got home, 9 days later, the dress was already here. Our next big trip will be to Central and South America and I am looking forward to working with Jill and Legacy Travel in the near future. With gratitude, The De Leon Family, Dallas, Texas.

Audrey Evans is the travel agent that me and my family plan a wonderful trip to Punta Cana!! She made it seamless and everything went as smooth as I could have ever expected it to go! She kept us informed of any flight changes before I trip. Gave us valuable information in order to prepare us for our vacation. Everything went as planned and we enjoyed ourselves immensely and it’s all because of her and staying on top of things for us! Punta Cana was beautiful and we had a blast! I already have her planning my next Caribbean vacation!!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Legacy Travel! Our travel associate, Jill Dodson, was exceptionally professional and friendly. She attentively listened to our preferences and ensured that our trip met all our needs. Our triple country trip to Italy, France, and England was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and comfortable. The transportation and accommodations were luxurious at reasonable prices, making our trip a dream come true. We never had to worry about getting from our hotels to the airport or train station. Our concierges were always punctual and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, our accommodations were conveniently located near many of the sites and activities we wanted to explore. This made our trip even more efficient and enjoyable. Ken at Legacy travel did an amazing job helping us get a fantastic hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario! We wanted a hotel on an upper floor that had a great view of the Falls, Had room service, was a very beautiful hotel, etc. Ken delivered on all our requests. Katie Read is usually our travel agent, but she was out of the country for work. The Legacy travel team works well together covering for each other and delivering to the clients without any hiccups. I highly highly recommend using Legacy travel in Plano, Texas for all of your Travel needs.

We just returned from an Explora cruise set up by Lesley, and it was one of the most amazing experiences we've ever had. Explora itself is amazing, can't wait to go back. But the care, advice and information that Lesley provided before, during and after the trip was incredible and sets an example that all companies should follow when taking care of a customer!

Ken McIIduff at Legacy Travel was incredible. We booked at the last minute, and he was able to get us on a great seven day cruise with an incredible room (balcony, upper level) at a decent price! His knowledge is vast and he gave us many helpful hints about booking excursions, which packages we should look for on the ship, etc. We are grateful and will definitely call him for any future trips.

Nobu Resort in Cabo San Lucas is beautiful. Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. Legacy Travel was the key to a wonderful vacation. I tried booking whale watching tour while at the resort but was having issues. I contacted Terrah at Legacy and she took care of the booking immediately. She made sure I received my confirmation and was clear on pick up time and location. This is not the first vacation Terrah has handled for me and/or family and this little lady never fails to impress. From start to finish, she's got you! She takes the worry away and handles each step of our vacation with her very personal professional touch!
